Seine Beratungstätigkeit ist fokussiert auf die Entwicklung von Differenzierungsstrategien, die Positionierung von Marken und Unternehmen zukunftsweisenden Business Development Konzepten und Effektivitätsprogrammen zur Sicherung der Ertragskraft von Unternehmen.
Er arbeitet mit führenden nationalen und internationalen Unternehmen in Deutschland, Österreich, der Schweiz und in benachbarten CEE Ländern.

Sergio Tavazzani / Italy
Sergio Tavazzani has worked on brand strategy in advertising agencies, media agencies and research institutes.
He started in A.C: Nielsen and, as a Client Service Supervisor, he has worked for national and international accounts on models for marketing strategy and analysis.
After that, he developed the strategic planning department for two advertising agencies, meeting there with Marco De Veglia. After this experience, he joined the Carat group as General Manager of a new media agency. In 1997 he started working for the management consultancies Roland Berger and Bain & Cuneo, leaving in 2001 for starting his marketing consultancy. In 2004 he joined Trout & Partners Italia as consulting partner.
Other than doing consulting, he teaches brand and media strategies for the University of Triest, Italy.
MehrMarco De Veglia / Italy
Marco De Veglia has been involved in brand strategy since 1990.
He worked for international advertising agencies as a strategic planning director. In 1995 he started his consulting business, working with both companies and advertising agencies on brand and marcom strategies. In 1998 he joined the Trout & Partners network as managing partner of the Italian office in Milan, Italy.
He has designed positioning and marcom strategies for many different brands and markets, spanning from FMCG, to telcos, from automotive to services. In his consulting business he has worked in many different marcom areas: advertising, direct marketing, internet marketing and CRM.
In 2005, as a partner, he launched the first European company focused on personal financial training.
He is also an international speaker on the subject of branding and its integration with CRM and digital marketing. He writes articles on branding and CRM for Italian and international publications. He also teaches about Relationship Marketing for the MIPS of Milan, Italy.
He is fluent in Italian and English and he has a master in NLP. He lives in Milan as a single parent with his son.
